Community Work
HighRock Youth Ministries works with our local junior high schools providing Extreme Talk. We seek to compliment and support existing community programs while seeking to provide programs that creatively meet the various needs of youth in our community.
We’re also involved with a group who’s actively looking into ways to address the homelessness issue here in Truro. Yeah, it’s really true, that in our fine town teens sometimes sleep on the street or in the park. And not because they want to – but because they have no where else to go. We want to be involved as this group looks for ways to help these youth.
It is our hope to serve the people of Truro and surrounding areas in whatever ways we can, whether initiating new projects or becoming part of a team under someone else’s direction.
